Please allow me to introduce myself.  First, let me say that I'm thrilled to be your child's teacher.  A former business owner, I left a successful company eight years ago in order to pursue my dream:  teaching.  I bring strong sales, marketing, technology and other "real world" (although I'm not sure I like that term--if school isn't the real world, what is?) skills and perspective to my classroom.  We are fortunate to have a very supportive school district, administration, and a gorgeous theater in which to perform.  I envision great things for drama here at Dwyer, and welcome your input.  My work is my joy and passion, and I promise to share as much of that joy with your child as I possibly can.

Very Sincerely, Laura Canzone
